Watching the TED talk by Daniel Levitin about his experience breaking into his own house, I couldn't help but reflect on my own experiences of stress and how it affects decision-making. Levitin talks about how stress releases cortisol, which can cloud our thinking and affect our ability to make good decisions. This resonated with me because I have noticed that when I am under stress, my ability to think clearly and make rational decisions is severely impaired. What struck me most was Levitin's suggestion of using "prospective hindsight" or a "pre-mortem" to anticipate potential problems and minimize their impact. This is something I hadn't considered before, but I can see how it would be incredibly valuable in both my personal and professional life. Workplace Bullying refers to the negative behaviour representing clear sense of aggression, antagonism, threat, and harm which are normally distinguished by the behaviour and the unwelcoming acts shown by an individual or group of people at work privately or publicly in real or virtual forms  .  According to the studies carried out among group of employees randomly chosen from different organization, it was found that almost 11.3%to 18.1% of the employee working in an organization experience workplace Bullying which  may have negative effect on Physical, emotional, and interpersonal skills of an individual  .   It's often seen that if someone speaks up and says they’ve been bullied, often our human  instinct is to be distrustful, especially if the person's experience with the bully has been different.
